- No unauthorized visitors, gatherings or parties. All visitors should be pre-approved by host prior to their arrival at the building. Unauthorized visitors will be charged $100 per/person per visit
- No Smoking (including balconies & building common areas). The building will charge a fine of $200 USD
- Turn off all AC units when not in the apartment
- No parties, bachelor parties or events are allowed inside the apartment
- No noise or loud music is allowed after 10:00 pm. In case of a loud noise, the building will charge a fine of $200 USD
- Pets are not allowed
Cancellation Policy:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won’t get a refund.
